I was on a road trip 6 years ago from Arizona and my family happened to stop here for lunch as we were looking for something local. We still talk about it to this day. The food was excellent and the people were so friendly and welcoming. I hope some day we can come back. It just showed up in my memories feed so I decided to write a review.
I hadn't been to Bully's in awhile. It was like I remembered it. Small, cozy and a friendly atmosphere. The staff greeted everyone and were so nice! I had Lima beans, field peas, beef tips and rice, and peach cobbler for dessert! My food was great! I can't wait to go back and try the meatloaf. Thanks for a great meal and at a good price.
Drove 6 hours to try this place after reading some reviews. Was absolutely the best fried chicken and sweet potatoe pie I have ever had!! Service was prompt and friendly. Laid back environment. Will definitely go again.
Man oh man when I tell you this is so good eatin man it’s so good! I have ate at a lot of different restaurants that specialize in good ole southern home cooked meals but this place tops them all hands down!! And the service was just as good!! I recommend this place 100% you can’t go wrong!!
Talking about a mouthgasm. Every bite had my eyes rolling and mouth watery. Everyone that has ever been here before knows why it's a must visit if it's a person first time to Mississippi. LOVE IT HERE.
All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Everything we had to eat here was delicious. We had ham hocks, beef tips, spicy collards, fried okra, potato salad, cornbread, yams, banana pudding, and peach cobbler. ALL were so good. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!
Being from TN almost 6 hours away ! The best soulfood I have had in a LONG time! My 4 month old couldnt eat the sweet potatoes fast enough!
Delicious soul food! They got ham hocks, ox tails, pig feet, and necks! All the food was amazing, the ham hocks was fall off the bone. I thought a ham hocks would be rubbery. Parking lot is a bit small but I see locals eat here including government people. Must be good. One lady does it all!
